Instrumentation2021, 46 accelerometers on the stadium structure, 12 accelerometers on the MSE wall, 14 relative displacement sensors on the grade struts, and 6 accelerometers at reference free-field stations.

Vertical Load Carrying SystemSteel roof framing supported on triple friction pendulum isolators at the top of precast post-tensioned concrete blade columns.
Lateral Force Resisting SystemTriple friction pendulum isolators at the top of concrete blade columns which bear on pile caps. The pile caps are braced laterally by concrete grade struts with large anchors at the ends.
Foundation TypeReinforced concrete pile caps supported by concrete piles which are isolated from the surrounding soil and bear on concrete footings.
RemarksStructural design was based on the 2013 California Building Code. The instrumentation was paid for by the owner. CSMIP provided technical specifications and assistance.
