Vertical Load Carrying SystemConcrete over metal deck supported by steel beams and columns. Concrete walls below the first floor also support the steel frames above.
Lateral Force Resisting SystemDistributed moment resisting steel frames in both directions. Concrete shear walls below the first floor along the perimeter of the building also provide lateral force resistance.
Foundation TypeConcrete spread footings under columns with grade beams. Continuous footings under concrete shear walls.
