Vertical Load Carrying System	concrete slab (8" thick) on steel beams supported by concrete walls and base isolators.
Lateral Force Resisting System	Concrete shear walls isolated at the foundation with 4 friction pedulum bearings.
Foundation Type	Continuous concrete spread footings and belled caissons.
Remarks	Tension restraint systems were installed on the friction pendulum bearings to resist uplift. The isolation system can accommodate 29" of lateral displacement.
